Our blood has limitations. People don't realize that. Our bloodstream, our blood, the very thing that pumps through our vascular system, has limitations.
See, naturally, our bodies are supposed to produce toxins. Naturally.
That's why you hear out there all the time where people go, well, my body does it on its own. I don't need to cleanse. I don't need to worry about anything.
My body cleanses itself, right? You'll hear that. That's misinformation, though.
because naturally the toxins that our body produces are really before the industrial
revolution before the 1600s where you say you live out in the country somewhere and you're never
exposed to anything really and you grow your own food that's what you do and whatever your lifestyle
would be if you produce a certain amount of toxins from whatever's happening but your environment
wasn't polluted, polluted badly by the industries. But we live in a world now where our bloodstream
is filled with everything and anything. Chemicals of all kinds, perfumes, colognes, right? Air
fresheners, okay? Scented candles, all kinds of different hair products and hair chemicals,
body lotions, body products, right? When you walk down the aisle of the supermarket,
Do you ever smell that smell? When you walk into the supermarket, you smell it anyway, right?
All you do is smell like toxins everywhere, chemicals, synthetic fragrances, right? When you
walk in. And then when you go down that aisle where the soaps are, and you go down that aisle
where the hair chemicals are and the hair products are and the body products and everything else,
and you're heading down there and the shaving creams and everything else, and it is highly
toxic. All that fragrance you're breathing in, well that goes right into the bloodstream. You
sit in that aisle long enough, your blood gets filled with that stuff. It goes into your lungs,
boom, right into your bloodstream. And so it's something people don't realize,
but our blood has limitations. And then it's the scale that gets tipped. It's all kinds of
different toxins and poisons that are in our bloodstream. It's poisons and toxins that are
passed from generation to generation. So you're a little baby, you're born, and then you take on
toxins that mom and dad had originally, right? Toxic heavy metals that are passed on from
generation to generation. And then there's medical treatments of all different kinds.
Antibiotics. Antibiotics have petroleum in there. Antibiotics have metals in there, right? Cold
medicines, any kind of medical product, we get toxic exposure from there too. And then when we
go to school, there's all kinds of chemicals. This is a problem I'm hearing all the time by moms.
They go into their classroom, to the children's classroom, and it's just loaded with chemical
toxins. They spray down the classrooms with different things. They get air fresheners in
the walls, all kinds of other stuff like that. So we just get all these different poisons inside of
as the days go on. And then there's food. Yeah, food, right? Food that's not clean. What about
all that? So then there's all those toxins and poisons in all of the food that we eat. Fast food,
that's one right there, right? Processed foods, everybody gets a little processed food in them
one way or another along the way. Maybe you just had processed foods and fast foods and greasy
fried foods when you were younger and that built up into your liver and that built up into your
organs. So all these chemicals from foods, all these chemicals from other sources like pesticides,
herbicides, all that stuff that's out there too, because they spray everybody's lawns,
they spray around apartment buildings, they spray around schools, they spray everywhere, right?
And so we pick up things from all kinds of places and then the scale gets tipped if we're not
cleaning up our blood. We walk around with dirty blood syndrome and then there's dehydration.
So many of us walk around chronically dehydrated.
You're living your life.
You have some coffee in the morning.
You drink a little bit of water during the day.
And I've seen people not do even that, where they just have coffee and no water all day long, right?
And they just eat and have a soda.
So there's that too.
But you might be somebody that's doing a lot more for your health, for hydration.
But even then, the blood still gets compromised really easily from past toxins that are built up inside the liver from a long time ago.
past toxins built up inside the intestinal tract a lot of people think i ate that 20 years ago i
ate that bad thing 20 years ago well if we don't cleanse or take care of ourselves or eat really
good long term what you ate 20 years ago sits in here still so it stays right in here in the
intestinal linings and that's something people don't know so we have crud that gets in all these
little pockets. There's all these different pockets in here, right? And all that crud gets
in here. Either way, it affects the bloodstream. Every toxin, every poison that we have, whether
it's in our spleen right here, whether it's inside our liver, whether it's the lining of our intestinal
tract, whether it's in other places too inside the body, all these toxins and poisons, and even
including the brain, build up. They sit there and they constantly leach into the bloodstream.
So not only are we collecting new things every single day, but we're collecting old things too.
When we've collected old things too that already made a home inside our organs and inside our body.
Over time, it tips the scale and it becomes a problem and it starts to build up.
And it starts to build up in the vascular system all through the body.
So it starts to build up.
And then the big one right there, the high fat.
so everybody's doing high fats we're born and raised eating high fat food and even healthy
high fat food too whatever it is the high fats thicken the blood really making dirty blood
syndrome much harder to live with when i say that i say that because the heart has to pump a lot
harder it has to work over time so not only do we have this dirty blood syndrome everybody walks
around with, we also have other issues too. So the high fat diet that a lot of people are on,
that most everybody is on, right? Where they're eating fats all the time, three times a day,
twice a day, even once a day is a lot for a lot of people who have problems. What it does is it
thickens the blood and it makes that chronic dehydration more pronounced, right? And then
there's the caffeine aspect too. Caffeine is really dehydrating as well. Okay. So a lot of
people are in caffeine one way or another, and that thickens up the blood too. So then we get
dirty blood syndrome from toxic blood. We get thick blood, so like thick and dirty blood syndrome,
right? Dehydrated blood, and all this puts stress and pressure on the heart. And then as time goes
on, that dirty blood syndrome has to be filtered, and it gets filtered by the liver, and then the
liver gets more stagnant and sluggish, and then as the heart's pumping, it makes it harder to pull
that blood back to the heart. So then the heart's like really sucking jello through a straw when
that blood gets so dirty, right? So your heart has to pump and it's pumping that thick, dirty blood
that's chronically dehydrated all the time. And then when that liver gets stagnant and sluggish
and more stagnant and sluggish, the heart has to draw and work harder to pull that blood through
the liver, through your filter right there. And it pulls it through the liver, back up to the heart.
And as that's happening, you get more stress and strain on the heart. So then things settle.
Sediment settles. It has to find a place to settle. And where does it settle? It settles
in the vascular system, right?
Arteries, veins, you start to get buildup in there.
So you got this dirty blood syndrome
as the years go by, chronically dehydrated
from combination of natural toxins
along with all the other unnatural toxins
that we're not supposed to have
that came with the industrial revolution.
And then you got the high fat diets
because that fat collects too eventually
in the arteries and in the veins, right?
And then we run into vascular problems
of all kinds, including in the brain and everywhere else, because that blood was thick too long and
toxic too long, and the fats in that blood had to settle too, and they deposit all through in the
heart, all through the vascular system, other places, along with toxins and poisons. Now,
it's not just fatty deposits you find that actually settle in the arteries and the veins
and in the heart vascular system.
It's fatty deposits with lots of toxins and poisons too.
So it was a combination.
It tipped the scale.
It was a lot of things building up
and settling in the vascular system.
And while all that's happening,
the liver gets more stagnant and sluggish.
Eventually you get a fatty liver, right?
And then we end up having vascular issues.
And now we're at the doctor's office
with all kinds of problems.
This concludes this week's newsletter video and I can't wait to see you guys next time.
